Jennifer Pierno
Principal Solicitor

Jennifer Pierno has been a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales for more than forty-five years.

Her experience spans conveyancing and property law, commercial law, family law, estates, and general litigation. Over the course of her career, Jennifer has operated her own legal practice, worked across government departments including the NSW Department of Housing and the NSW Department of Water Resources, and lectured in law at university level.

Jennifer has also worked as an in-house lawyer, with experience extending internationally to India and Mexico. In recent years, she has acted as a Sydney agent for a firm representing a major Australian bank.

She holds both a Master of Arts in International Studies and a Master of International Law from the University of Technology Sydney.

Henry O'Brien
Partner

Henry O’Brien was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2019.

 

His areas of practice include conveyancing, wills and estates, property law, debt recovery, family law, commercial litigation and criminal law. 

Henry has acted for clients in personal injury and workers compensation matters and is an IRO‑approved lawyer.

He has also represented legally aided clients and remains committed to promoting access to justice within the community.

Henry previously served as the Young Lawyers Delegate for the Southern Tablelands Law Society.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of New South Wales and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney. He has also completed a Certificate in Adjudication under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (Queensland)
